We are a small business in a small town that caters to the needs our neighbors, friends, and family. We live, work, and play in the community with you! After years of being with a big nationwide broker agency, we have gone out on our own and are excited to bring our family oriented business to your family!
Our Team
Rachael Metcalf
Rachael has been an insurance agent since 2009. A Michigan transplant, Rachael has been in Tennessee for over 15 years. She has been married to Wayne since 2019 and they have 3 children, Stella, DJ, and Maisie. Rachael is very active in theatre at South Jackson Performing Arts Center, which is where she and Wayne met! We periodically post the shows we are going to be in on our Facebook page and would love for everyone to come out and see us! Wayne and Rachael are also very active in their church, Trinity Baptist in Manchester.
Rachael has a depth of knowledge for insurance that knows no bounds. She will explain everything to you in a way that you can understand and would love to help you find the plan that works for you!

C Wayne Metcalf
Wayne is a Middle Tennessee native who has been an insurance agent since 2018. Wayne and Rachael have been married since 2019 and have 3 children. Wayne is also very active at South Jackson and Trinity Baptist. You will often find him singing or strumming his guitar!
Wayne loves Medicare and loves to tell you about it! Come on in, join him in a song or ask him about Medicare and he will help you out!

Abby has been working with Rachael since 2020 and has been a licensed agent since 2022. She is an Ohio native who has lived in Tennessee since 2019. She has two daughters and one granddaughter. Abby is also active in theatre and met Rachael and Wayne doing a show at South Jackson!
Abby loves regular health insurance and her passion lies in getting people insurance who didn’t think they could afford it.

Kady is a true Southern girl from Louisiana! She is a dog and horse mom and loves being outside. She has been an insurance agent since 2019 and joined Metcalf and Associates in 2026.

Gloria joined Rachael in 2025 and has been a licensed agent since 2026. She is married with three children and six grandchildren! A California transplant, Gloria loves Tennessee and all that it has to offer. She is very active in her church, Trinity Baptist in Manchester.
Gloria is still learning the ropes of insurance, so you may see her sitting in on appointments now and then, but she will soon be on her own. She also speaks Spanish so we can now service a whole new community!

Our Office Pets
Due to some circumstances beyond our control, we do currently have cats in the office (and occasionally the dog as well). If you are allergic, afraid, or otherwise averse to cats, please let us know. We will either put them up, or do your appointment over the phone, whichever works best for you.
Hela
Hela is a Cocker Spaniel born in 2019 with a super sweet personality and a penchant for naps. You will often find her fast asleep under Rachael’s desk and may not even know she is there!

Mr. T is our security for obvious reasons, but deep down he is a snuggle bug! After being an indoor/outdoor cat his whole life, he is adjusting well to the indoor office life!

Finn is a sweet, talkative boy who desperately wants to be an only cat. He has classic middle child syndrome and wants everyone to know it!!

Snowball is a 6 toed cat who is super sweet and lovey! He wandered up to the Metcalf home a couple of years ago and declared it as his. Now he is living his best life as the snuggle bunny in the office.
